CJ Humphrey

C.J. currently manages the offices of Carson Realty, a general brokerage real estate company with six locations in Bluffton and on Hilton Head Island. Since moving from Denver, CO, to Hilton Head in 1981, C.J. has been overseeing sales staff and office operations for real estate developers and brokers. Prior to the founding of Carson Realty she was a member of the teams who developed the Colleton River, Belfair, Berkeley Hall and Hampton Hall communities in southern Beaufort County.

She is a past chair of the Boys and Girls Clubs of the Lowcountry, and continues to serve on its’ Board. C.J. is a member of the Southern Beaufort County Corridor Beautification Board. She is also a member of All Saints Episcopal Church, serves on the committee for the annual Community Thanksgiving Dinner and volunteers at many area events. C.J. has served on the boards of the Hilton Head Symphony Orchestra, local and area Zonta Clubs, and the Stone’s Throw POA.

Residing in Hilton Head Island with her husband, Lonnie, she enjoys the arts, reading and cooking.
