Matt Rowe
Raised on Hilton Head Island, Matt graduated from Clemson
University in 2002 and began working at Industrial Computer Sales
Company in Greenville, before returning to the area.
By the time Matt
returned to the Lowcountry he had married Dana, who also grew up
locally and graduated Clemson. Matt joined Charter One Realty,
where his real estate business grew quickly. Soon Matt’s family
grew, too, with the birth of their son, Carson.
Matt left Charter
One in the summer of 2006 to found Carson Realty.
Matt’s outside interests include golf, boating, fishing and
horseback riding. |

Erin Caldwell
Originally from Columbia,
South Carolina, Erin graduated from Clemson University with a degree
in Marketing. Following graduation, she worked for Newell
Rubbermaid as a sales representative in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida.
Erin joined
Randstad North America in 2004 as a sales agent located in the
Charleston, South Carolina branch. She later located to the
Lowcountry with Randstad in 2005, as a Branch Manager in their
Bluffton office.
Having known Matt
since college days, Erin is excited to have joined him at Carson
Realty to launch her career in real estate sales.Erin is a runner
and also enjoys fishing. |

Sean Suddes
A true Hilton Head born native, Sean lived in Atlanta GA for a
number of years before returning “home.” Sean worked along side life
long friend Matt Rowe in the summer of 2006 before the start of
Carson Realty. He returned 2 years later to partner up with Matt &
Erin Caldwell.
With a major in Advertising and a
minor in Business from the University of Alabama, Sean went straight
into Real Estate out of college. Besides work, Sean enjoys kayaking,
fishing, and wakeboarding. |

Wayne Radloff
Wayne Radloff has been a resident of
Hilton Head Island for more than fifteen years. When he and his
wife Garland moved to Hilton Head in 1991, Wayne began his real
estate career with Indigo Run as part of their original sales
team. And in 2001, Wayne joined Hampton Hall as part of their
original sales team.
Prior to his
career as a Realtor, Wayne attended college at the University of
Georgia where he earned a degree in business education and played
football as a center for the Bulldogs. After graduating, Wayne
joined the NFL and played for teams including San Francisco 49ers,
Atlanta Falcons and USFL’s Michigan Panthers. He was also a team
captain on the 1982 SEC Championship team. |

When Wayne’s not out selling real
estate at Hampton Hall, he enjoys spending time with his children
Ryan, who is a sophomore at Duke University, and Nancy who is a
senior at the Hilton Head Christian Academy. He is a volunteer
football coach at HHCA and assists with Nancy’s swim team.
Additionally, Wayne enjoys fishing, golfing and involvement with his
church. Wayne and his wife Garland just celebrated 23 years of
marriage. |

Bonnie Bogart

Bonnie Bogart
Bonnie is from Murray,
Kentucky and attended Murray State University.
She was later employed by the University in various departments
including printing services, engineering technology and school
relations. Bonnie retired from the budget office at Murray State
before she and her husband Pete moved to Atlanta. In Atlanta,
Bonnie worked in the office of the Vice Chancellor for the Board of
Regents. Following their move to the Hilton Head area, she
associated with Hospice Care of the Lowcountry as Office Manager.
Active in the
real estate profession since 1996, Bonnie began as a Sales
Assistant. Her selling career started in 2001 and has taken
her throughout
the Bluffton-Hilton Head area. Because she enjoys working with
people |

and has
participated in all elements of the business, she is able to assure
a pleasant real estate transaction.
Bonnie enjoys
gardening, reading and travel. She is a Sunday School teacher at
Lowcountry Presbyterian Church. |

Rob Sedgwick
Originally from Newport News, VA, Rob
learned about Hilton Head Island from his William & Mary college
friends who moved here in 1980 to sell timeshare real estate. Rob
attended William & Mary, but graduated from University of Florida in
1979 with a degree in religion.
It wasn't until 1992 that Rob moved to Hilton Head after working for
a nationwide furniture retail store chain and then in the Commodity
business at the Chicago Board of Trade. Rob worked for Marriott's
Grande Ocean Resort in sales for 4 years before joining the sales
team at Colleton River Realty in 1996. He recently join forces with
Carson Realty in 2007.

Rob is a member of the National
Association of Realtors®, the South Carolina Association of
Realtors®, the Hilton Head Area Association of Realtors®, the MLS of
Hilton Head Island, and is a licensed Broker.
Rob resides with his wife and 7 year old daughter at Colleton River
Plantation; loves golf, tennis, and the beach; and is very active in
his church, Central Church, with the sound ministry. |

Lisa Sulka
Lisa Sulka has called this beautiful area home for 27 years.
Born and raised in Prosperity, South Carolina, a small
southern town just outside of Columbia, she finished her
higher education at Clemson University. After college, Lisa
moved to Hilton Head and started her own business which she
owned for 15 years. This business venture led to her
relationship with Hampton Hall, where she was part of the
original sales team.
A Bluffton resident for 15 years, she and her husband, John,
enjoy spending time with their three children: Brannon, a
rising freshman at Clemson University; Haley, |
| a
senior at Bluffton High School and Michael, a rising freshman
(also at Bluffton High School). Favorite family outings
include waterskiing, tubing, crabbing and shrimping on the
beautiful, pristine May River.
Lisa is also the mayor
pro-temp for the Bluffton Town Council and is involved with
the Bluffton Boys & Girls Club, Bluffton High School
athletics, IPTAY’s County Chairman (Clemson University’s
booster club), to name a few. |

Ken Kroupa
Ken spent his childhood growing up in
the North East and has always been
a self proclaimed “Southerner” trapped in a Northerner’s body. After
graduating with a Business degree from Gettysburg College and a
successful three year career in the pharmaceutical industry, Ken
packed his bags for Hilton Head in 2000 to pursue a career in the
professional golf business.
He spent three years as a teaching professional at Shipyard Golf
Club and another three years as the Caddie Master at Berkeley Hall.
Ken’s Real Estate career began with Resort Island Realty in 2006 and
he made the move to Carson Realty in September of 2007. Aside from
golf,
Ken is an avid fisherman and boater. |

Sheri Bush
A Virginia native, Sheri grew up in
Manassas and attended Northern Virginia Community College. Spending
every summer vacation along the Southern Atlantic waters, her
lifelong dream of living near the beach came true when she
transferred to Bluffton with one of the nation’s leading luxury
builders, thus beginning her South Carolina real estate career in
Hampton Hall. As a top producer in first class master planned
communities, she was awarded Sales Associate of the Year in addition
to being recognized for several other achievements in excellence.
Along with taking pleasure in the sand and sun, she enjoys spending
any downtime with her daughter, Shannon, who is an Education major
at Coastal Carolina University and her two “pound puppies”, Turbey
and Jettis. |

Reid McCall
Reid can call South Carolina his home state, having spent his first
18 years in Greenville. He attended Mars Hill College in Asheville,
NC, and The College of Charleston, where he met his wife, Jenny.
Reid joined Carson Realty in June 2008 after six successful years
with Pulte Homes, where he sold over 170 properties in Riverbend,
Sun City Hilton Head, and The Haven at New Riverside, earning many
sales awards for outstanding performance.
Prior to practicing Real Estate in
Bluffton, Reid and Jenny lived in San Diego, where Reid managed
clinical trials for Pfizer Pharmaceuticals. They now call Bluffton
home, having settled in Pinckney Colony with their two children,
Dylan and Cassidy. Reid enjoys surfing, kayaking, music, cooking,
and graphic design.

Brad Johnson
The first time the scents of the marsh filled his nose, Brad knew
that South Carolina’s Lowcountry would be his home. After growing up
in the mountains of Upper East Tennessee, he traded his ski boots
for boat shoes and has been an active member of the Bluffton and
Hilton Head community since 1992.
Educated at the University of South Carolina, Brad served in the
United States Marine Corps during operations Desert Shield/Desert
Storm. Since being in the Lowcountry, he has been associated with
the most successful real estate and development organizations in the
area to include Sea Pines Real Estate, Habersham and Hampton Hall.
Brad was thrilled that the principals of Carson Realty asked him to
join them when they founded the company in 2006. His civic
involvement has included serving on the committee of Ducks
Unlimited, Coastal Conservation Association, Habitat for Humanity
and the Child Abuse Prevention Association.
In his spare time, Brad pursues his passions of boating, hunting,
fishing and golfing as well as spending time with his sons Mac and
William. |
