Mark grew up near Richmond, Virginia and attended Radford University where he earned his Bachelors degree in Corporate and Professional Communications. Upon graduation in 1996 he was given an opportunity to open a new franchise restaurant. There were several location options on the east coast. Once arriving in Beaufort he knew he found home. Soon after arriving he met his best friend and wife, Samantha who is also a successful Real Estate Agent. Mark opened his second location in Bluffton in 2004. Mark had always been interested in real estate and once he sold his business’s he chose a real estate career. Mark and Samantha have three beautiful daughters to of whom are attending Clemson University, and one that is happily married living in Temecula, CA. Mark and Samantha have two energetic granddaughters, Nalia and Elanie. Mark and his family love fishing, shrimping, tubing, oyster roasts, and college football. Mark looks forward to utilizing his 25 years of local knowledge in helping you achieve your Lowcountry dreams.
